You are here right now reading my page. This means you are “trying me on for size” to see if my friendship is safe, building, and of value. Because I respect your time, your personal beliefs, and your purpose in life, I want to be clear from the get go. 

My page does not contain religious writing, per se, but I cannot speak the messages of my heart without referring to the One that planted them there. 

I am a follower of Jesus Christ. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Having said that, my whole soul believes that every one of us has the right to believe the way that we choose. And I don’t think I am any better than anyone else. Nor do I believe I am any less.

There’s no need or room for judgment or comparison in this life. Our journeys may look different. We may be married or single, male or female, young or old, gay or straight, fat or thin, educated or ignorant, liberal or conservative, religious or not. It just doesn’t matter.

What matters is simply that we are here for each other. That we help make this life a little easier for one another. That we don’t have to walk this path alone.

And really . . . in the end . . . we’re all just walking each other Home.
